Refund Policy

Welcome to BlackTECH Academy! We appreciate your interest in our programs and services. Before proceeding with your enrollment, please carefully read and understand our Terms and Conditions, particularly our policy regarding payments and program access.

Commitment to Excellence:

No Refund Policy:
All payments are non-refundable once processed. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality skill development, resources, and learning experiences to all participants.

Learning Advisor Consultation:
We strongly encourage speaking with a Learning Advisor before enrolling in any program. Our advisors will help you understand the program that aligns with your learning objectives and skill development goals.

Payment Obligations:
By enrolling, you agree to complete all payment obligations, regardless of attendance. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule, and non-attendance does not exempt you from your financial responsibility.

Deferral Fee:
If you choose to defer your enrollment to another cohort, a $500 administrative deferral fee will apply. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with rescheduling and is entirely discretionary. Management reserves the right to deny any deferral request.

Access & Licensing:
Upon enrollment, access to the program and associated licenses is provisioned. Once access is granted, these resources are non-revocable, and costs associated with the program are non-refundable.

Course Access:
Upon successful payment, participants will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt. Access to the program will be granted via an onboarding email 72 hours before program commencement.

Course Cancellation:
BlackTECH Academy reserves the right to cancel a course or program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will be notified of a new date, offered alternative arrangements, or provided with a full credit toward future courses.

Transferability:
Enrollment in a BlackTECH Academy course is non-transferable. Access to course materials and resources is intended for personal learning use only and should not be shared with others.

Technical Issues:
While we strive to provide a seamless online learning experience, BlackTECH Academy is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, such as internet outages or device malfunctions. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and compatible device for your program.

Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including videos, slides, and written content, are the intellectual property of BlackTECH Academy and should not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.

By proceeding with your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including our no-refund policy, payment obligations, deferral fees, and access provisions.
