About the Course
There is a growing demand for Business Analysts in today’s competitive and ever-changing business environment. Business Analysts facilitate change and improvements in organizations.
Suppose you have ever worked in your personal or professional life where you had to facilitate process change, implement new solutions, make recommendations, support a growth process, and collaborate with others in a team for a common purpose – then you are a Business Analyst without realizing it. Many professionals have done so much work in their past lives without having the ‘Business Analyst’ title designated to them. But the Business Analysis ‘mindset’ remains whether you have had the title or not.
Our award-winning Business Analysis Accelerator Program is an end-to-end comprehensive, hands-on, project-based program designed to provide both novices and professionals with the skills, knowledge, practicals and Project experience, including support to enable you to gain incredible confidence to ace interviews, get the BA roles and successfully do the BA job.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this program, you will learn to
1. Work with developers and cross-functional team to implement real-world project - thereby building your work/ Project experience
2. Practical Tools and Software: Gain hands-on experience with business analysis tools and software, such as Visio, Figma, Jira, Confluence and MS Office Suite
3. Requirements Elicitation: Develop the ability to identify, engage with stakeholders, and use various techniques to extract accurate business requirements.
4. Documentation Skills: Learn to effectively document requirements using industry-standard formats like use cases, user stories, process models, and data models.
5. Process Modeling: Master process modelling techniques such as flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and BPMN to analyze and improve business processes.
6. Stakeholder Management: Acquire stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication skills to ensure alignment between business needs and project objectives.
7. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
8. Change Management: Understand the principles of change management and develop strategies for facilitating smooth transitions during the implementation of new business processes.
9. Agile Methodologies: Understand how business analysis fits into agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or Lean and how to adapt traditional business analysis techniques to agile projects.

This is a 14 weeks program (3 and half months). All classes are Instructor-led virtual program. Classes are held twice a week and the other days are meant for personal studies/assignments/supports.
This Program has been designed with working professionals in mind. Classes are held on Saturdays (1:00pm-5:00pm EST) and Tuesdays (7:30pm - 9:30pm EST)
